We would like to start off by giving every single Actor a HUGE Kudos! We ventured through after a rain storm had moved through the day before and the Cast in each Haunt really gave it their all and did an amazing job during our journey through all Haunts, despite the muddy and wet conditions. The Wickedness was surely turned up to maximum and we loved every bit of it! We were greeted by many Characters the moment we made it to the ticket line, and after we ventured through the Haunts. Below you will see a few photos of a couple Characters we ran into. Shout out to SnickerDoodlez for taking a photo with us and giving us an awesome Sticker to take home with us! A Wicked Thank You is also in store for Noodles the Clown for giving us a scare and then posing for a photo with us as well, and it was also very awesome to meet Rage! As we made our way though the Haunts we were not disappointed by anyone. During our journey thorough Nightmare Haunted House we encountered many different Characters who knew what we were afraid of for sure, and pushed these fears around every corner. Shout out to Father Time (Nicholas) inside the Ouija Board Room! Father Time made sure we knew we were not to be inside his room, and he warned us what would happen to us if we did not leave....Death! We would also like to give Kudos to the Actor with the Chainsaw at the end of the Nightmare Haunted House, very unique way to give our group a scare for sure! Once we made our way into The Hunted we were greeted by many different walks of life, ZOMBIES!! The Zombies did an awesome job at blending in with the scenery and jump scaring us unexpectedly. There were a few dead spots during our journey through but that did not take away from the creep factor. During our journey through Valley of the Dead we encountered many different Characters, some which deserve a shout out for sure! We loved how interactive the Cast was with our group inside the Valley of the Dead for sure. All of these Characters stood out to us and really got into their Character, Mama Juju (Kimberly Coakley), Cornelius the Bell Hop (Zach Stanley), Meef the Bell Hop Assistant (Zha'kym Coakley), and Riker Western Town Resident (Riker Hill). If we had to choose, the cast inside the Valley of the Dead Haunt would have to be our favorites, but don't hold that against the Cast inside Nightmare Haunted House and The Hunted, everyone did a great job!
Customer Service: 10
The Customer Service during our visit was Excellent! Everyone was very friendly with us and helped with any questions we had, and we really enjoyed our conversations we had with the different Staff Members during our visit. Once given our tickets many Staff Members Thanked us for visiting, and told us to Enjoy Our Visit. The Staff inside the Gift Shop was very friendly and helpful as well. Great Job!
Scare Rating: 8
The Scares in each Haunt we encountered came mostly in the form of a Jump Scare. We really enjoyed the scare/approach that many of the Actors delivered. All the Characters we encountered did a great job as mentioned above at entertaining and or scaring each Member of our group. Some areas we ventured through did not involve scares, and that was perfectly alright! The rooms that we did encounter Scares, the Characters really did a great job at startling us. Some areas of the Haunts were very quiet and dark, and that also added to the scare factor in our opinion.
Atmosphere: 9
The atmosphere inside most of the Haunts we ventured through were detailed and fit the theme of the Haunt that was be conveyed. Some rooms inside each Haunt were more detailed than the others, but that did not take away from our experience. As mentioned above the Valley of the Dead Haunt had the best detailed and well constructed room and set designs hands down! We really loved the Mine Shaft style walkthrough once you enter the Haunt and are asked to pass through to the "Other Side". We also really enjoyed the details inside Mama Jujus VooDoo hut! One façade we really enjoyed the most was the Haunted Hotel. The details on the outside of this façade really set the mood and made you feel like you were walking up to an old abandoned run down Hotel. The Clown House was also a very unique experience. One room inside the Clown House will have you on edge, literally! Just let gravity do its thing and you will be just fine! :) Some areas of the Haunts were a little bit muddy and slick, and parts of the trail inside the Valley of the Dead were a bit challenging, but don't let that stop you from visiting! The Build/Design Crew did an Amazing job with all three Haunts and they are all a Must See!
Special Effects: 8
During our journeys through the Haunts we encountered many different special effects. During your journey you will experience such special effects like fog, pneumatics, video effects, startle scare effects, lighting effects, and so much more! With the weather putting a little bit of a toll on our visit, we feel like we didn't get to experience all the special effects the Haunts had to offer, but that did not stop us from having an amazing visit!

Time Inside Haunt: 8
Our time inside each Haunt was not too long, not too short. We were inside the entire Haunt about an Hour or so. The Actors in each Haunt do not rush you through their scene as most wanted to interact with us in some form or fashion, which we loved!
