The actors we saw in the indoor portion were decently interactive. The Clowns referenced a lot of the usual Pennywise phrases from IT, nothing really original. A couple actors also broke character, one especially just to compliment one of our reviewer's t-shirts. The stand-out actors with the best and most entertaining skit were Chuckles the Clown Bus Driver and the Sheriff. Their skit was very unique! We loved how Chuckles interacted with the Customers during the Bus Ride to be dropped off at what we thought was the middle of no where, but was really the entrance to the Trails of Terror Haunt. Some sections of the Haunt lacked Actors, but the ones we did encounter did interact with us and gave some of us a scare.
Customer Service: 9
The customer service was very friendly. The Ticket Booth attendant helped us figure out where to go to get in line after we purchased our tickets, since it was very busy during our visit. We also encountered the Ticket Taker at the Entrance to the Haunt, who seemed nice as well.
Scare Rating: 6
The scares were on the low side, especially after the bus ride. The Trails of Terror and Corn Maze did have areas that were unoccupied, which could have helped with bringing that scare that we hoped for during our journey.
Atmosphere: 6
The Inside portion of the Haunt was decent with more of a maze feel. There were some scenes that really brought out the Theme of the Haunt, which we really loved. One suggestion would be for there to be a way to be able to bypass the crawling area inside the Haunt, as the Actors did not allow us to bypass this area, even with us having someone being disabled in our group. The Clown Fun House area was very unique and left us wondering what was going to be around each corner as we made our journey through. We really loved the Cemetery scene inside the Trails of Terror Haunt, as well as the Jeepers Creepers scene. The Jeepers Creepers scene was very unique and we loved the way the Actor really interacted with the Customers as we ventured through his scene. The trails inside the Trails of Terror and Corn Maze were a bit hard to determine if you were on the right path or not, but we eventually figured out which way to go.
Special Effects: 5
The special effects were on the lighter side as well. We did encounter different lighting effects, a few animatronics, some fog in many areas, and even some chainsaws. We would have loved to see a few more special effects brought into each Haunt, it would really help add to the Haunt experience!

Time Inside Haunt: 8
The time venturing through the four different Haunts combined yields an average of an hour once you pass through the entrance. Our journey did seem like it was never gonna end once we got inside the Trails of Terror and Corn Maze portion.
