The Cast this Year are doing an amazing job! The actors do an excellent job at blending in with the surroundings in the areas throughout their rooms until it is time to scare the Customers. Each Actor does a great job at scaring forward and keeping the Customers moving from scene to scene in a timely fashion. Every Actor interacted with us and made sure we new what they were up to, heck some even wanted us to stay for a while....There were even a few Residents of the Manor that managed to wonder around the Que line making sure the Customers were entertained while waiting to enter the Manor.
Customer Service: 10
The Staff at Malice Manor are Super Friendly and will help you with any questions or concerns you may have. While getting our tickets the staff member at the ticket booth needed help with our order and Management came right over and fixed the situation quickly. Pam did an awesome job at letting us know the rules of the House and asked us if we had any questions/concerns regarding the new "COVID" rules at the end.

Most Actors we encountered during our visit did a great job at giving us a startle as we entered their rooms, and most all actors followed the scare forward technique that is being used in many Haunts. There were a few Actors that we encountered that did a great job explaining why we were visiting their room, but we did not get a scare however out of those very few rooms.
Atmosphere: 9
The Haunt has AMAZING atmospheric detail for sure!!! Right as you walk inside the building you are totally brought into the Haunt! From the que line entrance and all throughout the Haunt you never feel like you are being taken out of the Manors Atmosphere. I do not want to give away to much detail, because that wouldn't be any fun now would it. Just be prepared to be in ah as you take your journey through the Manor!
Special Effects: 8.5
Malice Manor has stepped up their special effects this Season for sure! You will encounter many different types of special effects, from scents, to water, to total darkness, video effects, and so much more. The Manor for sure loves to mess with at least 4 of your senses this Season! There are still many effects that were around last season as well.
Value: 10
Being in its second year the Manor has really got an upgrade this Season for sure!!! This Season brings you new scenes and a much larger footprint than last year. I would highly recommend you pay a visit to the New and Improved Malice Manor!!
New Scenes: 9
The Management/Build Crew did an amazing job with all the new scenes that you encounter and each new area blends beautifully into what the Manor had last Season. During our journey we seemed to walk what seemed like the entire footprint of the building. This years scenes are very well detailed and the Actors really tie the whole scene together!
Time Inside Haunt: 8.5
I would have to say that this years time inside the Haunt was a big upgrade from last Season. I feel like we explored more scenes, and were interacted with more in each room of the Manor than last season.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols: 9.5
The Staff at Malice Manor did an amazing job at making sure everyone was safe while visiting the Haunt during these "New" protocols. All Staff and Actors were wearing face masks and each staff member/actor stayed a 6 foot distance between them and our group. The que line was marked off to keep a safe 6 foot distance between groups as they waited in line till it was their turn to venture into the Haunt. Hand sanitizer was available as needed inside the building/que area. Customers could even purchase Malice Manor face masks if needed at the Gift Shop area before you entered the Haunt.
